Jazmin’s career has progressed across digital design, systems integration and verification, radiation-effects engineering, EEE component engineering, and technical program leadership within aerospace, defense, and high-reliability environments.

That progression shaped the Lantryx operating model: technical decisions should remain connected to evidence, test readiness, suppliers, schedules, risks, and program execution rather than being managed as isolated engineering activities.

Her prior-employment experience includes component qualification and surveillance, radiation-effects analysis, test-campaign leadership, controlled engineering documentation, supplier and facility coordination, readiness decisions, and technical closeout.
